On the note of valves, I wonder when Valve will put out Half Life 2 Episode 3. It has been quite a while since Episode 2.

The Old Mill
The tried and true landmark of Tempe. Apparently the land is for sale. It will be a sad day if Tempe lets this landmark go in trade for retail stores. It is a shame business has no room for nostalgia.
